My tomato soup with a generous pat of butter and some finely shredded fresh parmesan. I'll never make it any other way now. Fire roasted veggies have a much richer flavor, and it contains no milk 😋

Made oven roasted tomato soup. Gonna enjoy it with a nice grilled cheese. I've made tomato soup for years, but this is the 1st time I've oven roasted the veggies first. It really gives them a fuller flavor. My baking pan is a mess but worth it 🤣
