I don't have skin cancer. But I have a lot of sun damage from when I was a kid. Treating it now means my face temporarily looks 20 years older, and I need to hide from the sun for a couple days. I may just mow my yard wearing a burka. Time is short, grass is long.

Saturday's protest is a time for us allies to be heard. Too many POC will justifiably be afraid of attending for risk of arrest or deportation, citizens or not. It's time to show them we see them, and we care enough to put ourselves at risk. Time to do the right thing. We're needed.
