Another interesting image from the pile of dim and distant past. Looking at it we think it is a reprint or a copy taken from a newspaper. We're not sure if it is beginning of WW1 or just after in Northern Ireland

I've been given some photos to pick from various family members, many of whom have passed in recent years before I was born. This lovely photo is of my granny and her dad. He served in the first and second world war, hence the range of medals.

Big news in our house. Our ARFID (Avoidant/restrictive Food intake disorder) 4 yo has just eaten a strawberry! He also tried mandarin yesterday, and these little moments are amazing. Small wins. He'll probably refuse it for a while now, but it's a small win

Pretty lucky day today as the local train station had a steam train in for most of the day. Really pleased we were allowed into the cab where the driver was baking cookies.
