One thing I’ll be watching for in this GSW series is Ant and Julius’ off ball defense over the course of the series. Normally it’s something they both struggle with, but I think familiarity with the opponent over multiple games will minimize what was sometimes an issue in the regular season

NBA literacy is at an all time low. They should update standardized testing to include a section where you give the student the NBA rulebook, show them 5 clips where they decide if the play was a travel or not. Failure results in “doesn’t know ball” on your permanent record.

The consensus has always been that the home crowd should chant and yell when the opposing team is on offense, but would it make more sense to do it the other way around? On defense you have to call out screens, switches, help, rotation… seems like you’d want to drown that out instead of set plays?
