NO!!!! Judge Merchan should deny any Trump demands to throw out the convictions on 34 felony counts. This case went through a grand jury that resulted in the trial and conviction of Trump. The convictions should remain on the record and penalties should be enforced after Trump leaves office.

I recall that sometimes Congress will withhold funding for certain budget items. I realize that the current membership in Congress would make it difficult to withhold funding to DOJ and other agencies that try to file lawsuits in support of his desires, but could it be possible to withhold funds?
