A friend just told me about a whole bunch of updates to the NSF proposal guidelines taking effect 5/20: new.nsf.gov/policies/pap... Some of these include: changes to biosketch, addition of grads to the mentoring plan (good), and IDPs included as reporting (this one is less clear re: enforcement)

Excited and nervous to share our new paper TLDR: Folks talk about contraception as a silver bullet for BIG problems in the Global South. Not only are these arguments racist/misogynist (long established), but the evidence for them is much thinner than we’ve been led to believe. We dig in a bit!
