NEW: Chaos at the ICE detention centre in New Jersey. Newark Mayor Ras Baraka has been arrested by the DOJ after Members of Congress (apparently being shoved by agents) attempted to include him on a visit. Baraka has opposed the facility, saying it opened without permits. (🎥 News 12 New Jersey)
