The Lancaster is making the heavy bomber shelf look pretty good. Memphis Belle is slated to be replaced by a ‘909 B-17, and there’s a second (new tool) PT-109 coming as well, but the back mid-shelf is still open for older builds. Wonder what’s next? #HistScaleModels

Since Brexit became a reality & the transition started (which still hasn’t finished) every stage has been a shit show. It's a bank holiday weekend here, so I got a bit of time at the bench. I finally got around to detail painting on the Type 60 APC. I just feel really odd about painting the exhaust silver, but it's there on pretty much every reference photo.

That's it for today. Been chipping away. With some divine intervention, hot water, glue, tape, clips and filler I have the main body done and wings attached. Hopefully some magic when the filler is dry and sanding off is done, it will resemble a Tempest. #histscalemodels #scalemodels
