Why doesn’t the mainstream media point out that the tariffs are unlawful? All new taxes must originate in the House. The Constitution is quite clear on that. Where are the lawyers for the major importers like Walmart, Amazon, etc? Where is Congress? The government has fallen already.

I don’t understand why Americans are accepting the Tariffs. They aren’t law. The President doesn’t have the authority to create new taxes. It’s called taxation without representation, and it’s fundamental to our Constitution and our way of life.
