Cats are anarchists. They recognize no governmental authority. They will do tricks for treats, however.

When you apply for jobs (even low level) with the military and federal government, they do an in depth background check—looking for ways you can be manipulated or ties to foreign power. I guess the president is exempt. 🤷🏼‍♂️
