I think Musk is a time traveler coming from 100 years in the future to alter the future of 100 years from now, and fix things so that HE is the most powerful man in the world and has complete control over all the economies of every country, including Russia and China.

George, I think 45 is doing a lot of this on purpose, putting grossly unqualified people in charge of various departments, knowing they will ruin them.
