Second viewing of the Wicked movie - noticed more details as I wasn't in total disbelief this time. Highly recommend a 2DX screen! Then got home to the pop-up book I pre-ordered moons ago - a replica of the book in the film - just gorgeous and love this detail - like owning a prop from the film 💚🩷

My mini Wicked review now the embargo has lifted! 10/10 - the movie takes (half) the musical and adds more backstory from the book, more humour, beautiful locations, and extends all songs to squeeze every last bit of magic from the source material. Ariana is hilarious as Glinda & Cynthia excels 🩷💚
