Get in losers we're crashing the economy

YOU GET NOTHING! YOU LOSE! GOOD DAY, SIR!

There are lots of people on daytime TV who are buying £950,000 houses with the proceeds of holistic aromatherapy businesses. And frankly, I want in. Where do you start? I've got some half-empty bottles of Tabac here if that's any good.

Tonight on BBC1, David Lynch's "Terry and Dune". In this week's episode, Baron Harkonnen rains down terror on Surrey, causing Terry's sunlounger to collapse. Later that evening, in the middle of trying to impress his boss, Terry turns into a kettle.

The post-Roman kingdoms of the British Isles

Just getting a bit of my own swearing in.

I’m up to 2,782 on my Discogs cataloging odyssey. Just going through another bout of adding stuff and trying to reorganise and file in the new stuff as I go. The big news is I’ve been separating albums and 12” singles. Except I can’t bring myself to do that for the big artists, like Kraftwerk

Wait wait wait! Is a record single a pun on sing and singing?

If you hired some media kids to make you a spoof 1970s maths programme, and they came back with Make It Count, you'd take them to one side and give them a sharp lesson in the subtle art of parody. But there it is, Fred's tank top, maths afro, stripped pine and all. open.substack.com/pub/historyo...

Okay, *this* impressed me. #TOTP

Tiny particles of rum, pineapple and coconut are soon to be beamed around the new 27km tunnel of the Large Piña Collider. Yep. Ok that'll do, please continue to enjoy your weekend.

We were so very lucky to have him #DavidLynch

RIP David Lynch

I loved David Lynch's work, especially the final Twin Peaks series, because it suggested strongly that the weird world, not the real world, is the true world.
