I am still super torn when it comes to integer scale for #NES and #SNES games. the whole 8:7 to 4:3 aspect ratio thing has me stuck.. because the games WERE meant to be displayed on 4:3 tvs. So.. presumably the stretch was intended, right?

I never would have expected this, but ive grown to really like the #Sega #Saturn controller. Generally co trolelrs without handles/grips are very uncomfortable to me, to the point of not really being usable, but ive had all day sessions with Saturn with no issues!

This is like, my 4th attempt to try and play #MassEffect Andromeda and I'm struggling so much to get through it. I think most of the hate is blown out of proportion. It's not an abomination, it's just boring. A bland, boring game, repetitive game.

I forget how blurry and awful the image quality of the #Nintendo64 is every time I boot it up. It is shockingly bad compared to the #Saturn and #Playstation. I have to assume it looked much better on a CRT.

I'm sort of having my heart crushed replaying #FinalFantasyIX on original hardware... this game's story is beautiful, the underlying equipment and skill system are amazing... but the ATB system is just... broken. It's so slow, and the queuing so long... it's really hard to stomach.

Still wrapping up the year with another GOTY Contender (and in this case Winner) #Astrobot. Very fun game. I can see why so many love it. Definitely not GOTY material IMO, but still very solid.

Been spending the holidays playing #SilentHill2 Remake. This game is flatly 'Okay'. I never played the original there are a lot of decisions here that are really annoying. The Radio not often indicating enemies, Every area feeling an hour too long. (1/2)
