Since I switched up some aspects of my lifestyle I've noticed a huge change in my sleep patterns, most notably how I now wake up, fully rested with no alarm or sunlight to prompt me, at almost exactly 6am every day. I've always been a morning person, so a whole extra hour is phenomenal. 😍
