Did you know that 72 MILLION Americans rely on Medicaid for healthcare? The Trump Administration and MAGA Republicans in Congress want to take it away to give tax breaks to billionaires. Don't let them take away our healthcare. Let them know you didn’t vote for this shit.

Putin would attack us if he didn't have Trump doing his work for him.

Replacing JAGs with loyalists enables whatever orders Trump and Hegseth issue to be interpreted as lawful. Trump plans to order troops into the streets when protests get big enough!!!

When taking actions late on a Friday night, a government sends a message its trying to pull one over on the public and the media, that it is hiding something or doing something it believes it should not do or will be seen as controversial. That is certainly true in this case.

btw, i will tell you this - i have been talking to people all day, and the media is missing, whether intentionally or not, how absolutely, volcanically angry the people who have been fired are, not because they lost their jobs, but because their jobs matter, *to us*

"During the meeting, Ukraine was told it faced imminent shutoff of the Starlink service if it did not reach a deal on critical minerals, said the source, who requested anonymity to discuss closed negotiations." Astonishing betrayal of an ally. www.reuters.com/business/us-...

Watch The Apprentice movie. You can see the formation of the bully.

It's hard to call out specific affronts. But: Nauseating for Trump, Musk, unqualified Hegseth to target GEN CQ Brown. —Fighter squad command, multiple cmnd posts; —130 hrs combat-fighter, 3000 flying hrs; —Multiple grad degrees; —AF chief of staff, Chmn JCS www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...

Had a great time joining Pivot to talk DOGE, Elon, and the amazing team @wired.com that’s been covering the chaos.

USAID STATUS: At least 11,500 Americans and 54,575 foreigners have lost their jobs. Nearly $1 billion in payments for work already done has been frozen. Nearly $500 million in food is sitting in ports, ships and warehouses.

After a judge blocked a Trump executive order, Elon Musk shared a post with his more than 200 million followers on X that included the judge’s daughter’s name, photo and job, allegedly at the Department of Education.

Trump will tell us there's no gold in Fort Knox, or Elon will miscount it...? Which one?

There’s not a word in this story about the corrupt nature of this dismissal. Not a concern voiced, not a question raised, not even an acknowledgment that he’s the president’s biggest donor and he’s acting as an unelected, unconfirmed tyro wielding unchecked power over spending and the civil service.

Never did I think I would ever agree with Mark Levin. But here he is telling the truth and taking on Trump‘s upside down Ukraine policy: www.mediaite.com/news/mark-le...

In addition to Congress being the place that makes the laws, pretty key thing, the constitution explicitly says Congress gets to create the postal system. It’s not left implied that that comes under law making generally. The President has no power to unilaterally abolish it and move it to commerce.

Maybe DOGE's motto could be: "Our work? ... it's mysterious and important"

When Musk merges his data collection across government agencies, will the U.S. be safer or more at risk to adversaries? The silos we now have are inefficient, perhaps, but they are more secure. Don't forget how close Elon is to Russia and China, and other customers for his companies.

Every hacker in the world knows there are a small number of young incels, new to federal service who hold the keys to access all US government payments, contracts, and civil servant personal info. How hard would it be to seduce one? DOGE is one romance scam away from a national security emergency.

Musk is going after the nerve center of government. Musk is using data and IT systems as a backdoor way to gain considerable discretionary power without normal, legal oversight. Techno fascism begins here. Musk will keep for himself juicy contracts that his companies can profit from.

Musk believes that by controlling the computers, one can control the entire federal bureaucracy. He has mapped systems, reworked communication networks, and tried to figure out the choke points in the systems.

President Trump earlier this week blamed Ukraine for starting the war, which in fact began with Russia’s attack on Ukraine.

Most of DOGE’s money, records show, has come in the form of payments from other federal agencies made possible by a nearly century-old law called the Economy Act. To steer those funds to the new department, the Trump administration has treated DOGE as if it were a federal agency.

The United States is refusing to serve as a co-sponsor of a draft U.N. General Assembly resolution for the anniversary of the war in Ukraine that backs Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and condemns Russian aggression. Trump is controlled by Putin...that's why "Russia Russia Russia".

While Elon Musk and his underlings demand budget cuts and layoffs across the federal government, funding for their agency — the Department of Government Efficiency — has soared to nearly $40 million, in ONE MONTH.

One of the first targets here will almost certainly be blocking the mailing of abortion medications like mifepristone. If I'm right, it'll be a the biggest blow to reproductive freedom since the repeal of Roe.

Trump objects to the truth, that his overlord, Putin, invaded Ukraine. What a disgusting, shameful, cowardly traitor.
