I am in the throughs of the summer reading program. I have read three books already. It truly gives me a boost during the warmer weather.

i'm cleaning up my email for storage purposes, and I deleted so many that I crashed my email. It was more than 45,000 emails. haha, whoops.

It's 7 am and I have meditated, journaled, and worked out already. I need a nap. Haha

I have been really productive today because I found a personal training program that was affordable. I've been floundering at the gym and needed this kind of guidance. Sometimes you need someone to lay it out for you.

I get excited every time I harvest my lettuce plants cause I'm like "return on investment!" And it brings me so much joy every day.

Did I absolutely buy donuts after working out for only half an hour today, because all the workout benches were full? Haha (yes.) I hate Fridays at the gym.

I finally put all my poems in a draft. A year's worth of writing 6 poems a day, and the best poems only made about 142 pages. I'm going to edit it down to 100, I think because I think it can be condensed further.

I'm still thinking about #thebookofgoodtimes I'm at a part where I have to wait to do the entry, that requires travel.

i looked up a leg day workout that I'm going to try this week to get more balance at the gym and give my arms a break. (don't skip leg day)

gym went well. I'm down like 10-11 pounds, but I'm about to start my period. So, it might flux for a few days, but that's ok as long as it's still trending downward. (just keep going.)

I finished my walk just in time to miss the rainstorm. Nice.

I used to be able to eat a whole 560 calorie package of ramen with veggies before and it didn't phase me, but now it makes me feel ill. I've only been making changes for a month or so, but that's one noticeable difference in my eating habits.

Ugh, I can't eat like I used to. Eating a whole pack of buldok ramen is pain. Ouch.
