Someone booked human remains onto a CRJ700. The aircraft isn't big enough to accommodate coffins... I offered to drive the body to AA Cargo for rebooking because the guy from the bagroom is fairly new and didn't know where to go. Life is short. Hug your loved ones and tell them you love them.💔
