This is a view looking down on a portion of Saturn's rings. Find the white structures along the edge of the ring, near the top. Now look at their shadows, cast on the rings themselves just below them. Those white structures are giant towers of icy ring particles, some rising more than 2 km.

Of particular interest is animal known as Sum xu (squirrel) (likely misidentified pine marten), described as a cat-like creature with pendulous ears, in the books following Boym. As the book was copied & misinterpretated, the animal mutated into a mythical bear-sized feline. 🧵

This kid is 15, and so has a moral clarity and uprightness that no adult elected official would or could ever have.
