“…belief in one’s innate superiority is almost always the father of genocide. Like it or not, we were all born Auschwitz enabled.” Clay Jones, Why Does God Allow Evil?

1.1 million people were murdered in the Auschwitz death camps during a 5 year period. If you think this is an objectively evil act - then you are also posing an argument for the existence of God.

5000 years ago, Mesopotamians didn’t ask whether or not ghosts might exist. They asked what could be done about ghostly intrusion into their daily lives. Finkel is an Assyriologist at the British Museum. He also describes a close friend’s ghostly encounter from 1958. #UncannyCommunity

Sometimes people observe evidence for the truth of Christianity and they shrug with the reply, “Yea, but I’m not religious.” The assumption the is probably being made by them is called “The Fact-Value Split.” 1

I am so pleased that Julian thinks he achieved closure - that’s wonderful news. The emotional journey here reminds me a bit of the Oxford Exorcism case.

Here’s my take on deathbed experiences. Reports of these “ghosts at the end of life” are a counter argument for Naturalism and a corroborative argument for the truth of the Christian worldview.

Is this contagion happening? My elderly parents have started watching Uncanny today. It might be my fault. This could be a game changer… #UncannyCommunity @dannyrobins.bsky.social

I just bought Amina Memon’s book “Psychology and Law Second Edition: Truthfulness, Accuracy, and Credibility” on Amazon. It’s pricey, but you can pick up a second hand copy more cheaply #uncannycommunity #uncanny

Check out Danny’s gripping investigative work on the Uncanny podcast. Some of these cases will stay with you and may also fundamentally challenge your view of the world.

Here’s my recent interview on Near Death experiences - all examples are from the book “The Self Does Not Die” by Titus Rivas et al @biolau @KF_Tredworth Dying and Coming Back: What Near-Death Experiences Reveal // Faith Talks... youtu.be/jbPtSgBo4Fo?... via @YouTube

The NDE account I’m sharing here is from the book “The Self Does Not Die” by Titus Rivas et all. Find it on p. 124 youtube.com/shorts/YqWpf...

Dear AI experts talking about Deepseek. It is not thinking. It cannot think. It does not have the capacity to think. Only agents can think. Like you. Please think about this fact and stop misleading your audience.

In 2021’s UK census, less than 2000 people described themselves as Jedi. Thats down from 390000 in 2001. It seems like a remnant have survived the purge…

Why is it important to study Near Death Experiences? It’s more than just a scientific study (tho it is). I think it forms an argument for the truth of Christianity. Here’s what I mean… youtube.com/shorts/H0ra-...
