Observation: FastAPI and PyCharm do not yet play nicely together. Mostly, am fine, and can learn more, but the whole: running a FastAPI app in a PyCharm terminal can hit a state where even a ctrl-c won't save me is... frustrating. Not fond of closing my project and re-opening it. Will learn more.
