40 hr, 5 day work week is not written in stone. It was implemented just 100 years ago & we need to again, change with the times. We have to change the mindset that meaningless hours of work doesn't equal productivity. We are productive when we are rested & fully recharged. Also UBI 🤝 4 day work week
