As a kid I used to get so excited buying new art supplies. Then I fell off traditional art and buying supplies felt wasteful and pointless and I felt guilty when I did nothing with any of them. Buying yarn takes me back to being a bright eyed kid again. So much potential in these fibers!

fucked up my leg doing pt stretches and rediscovered sims 4 and man there is nothing like a sims induced fugue state to make you completely lose track of your weekend. and a holiday one no less.

ODA called. Bird flu confirmed. They will be visiting me tomorrow and testing my other cats. Piggy, who seems to be fully recovered, tested positive. I will be turning my raw food in for testing. My cats will not be removed for testing positive. But they will continue to re-test them.

Presenting the Tres Leche Tiramisu, aka the Latte Tiramisu! I’ll post the recipe tomorrow and it’s like 90% there - the mascarpone mix split a bit and I don’t know if that’s a temperature thing or if I should have hit it with an immersion blender or something. Still tasty as is tho!
