So after finally pulling myself away from a 4th playthrough of Cyberpunk it’s time to tackle Unicorn Overlord. I don’t think I’ve ever finished a tactics type game but I’m about 5 hours into it now and I don’t think I’m putting it down.

Enjoying my gaming time this week because starting this weekend I start my first big study push for an azure certification I need for my job. I’m not expecting the exam to be too bad but I know from prior experience that Microsoft tests try to trick you with their wording.

Soul Reaver is bringing back memories of the days where I would get stuck on a part in a game, then would either have to wait till I got to school the next day or phone a friend to see how they got past it. There was always one friend that had the strategy guide to a game 😂.

Kinda sad Suicide Squad:Kill the Justice Leauge didn’t take off. I still really enjoy the gameplay and would have liked to see how they continue the story after next months patch. I’m hoping they end it nice.

I was gonna watch the game awards but I got tickets for me and my 3 yr old to go see Interstella 5555 in theaters. He loves around the world by Daft Punk so I figure he would have a blast hearing it in a theater with the animation.

I’ve made huge mistakes. Started Blood Omen, A replay of the Uncharted series, and since I got the FF Pixel Remaster on sale…the final fantasy series. Need to pause FF and Uncharted and finish Blood Omen before the Soul Reaver remasters next week.

So my main gripes with the first Blood Omen Legacy of Kain is that there is zero text. As someone with a toddler trying to get things quiet to hear what they are saying is sometimes a challenge in itself 😂

Ngl….As I get older hearing that a game is going to have a bigger open world kinda makes me not rush to play the game. I always need to check every nook and cranny of a map and a bigger open world just burns me right out.

I try to read everything that comes across in the shonen jump app that’s apart of the subscription. To see so many manga that I enjoy getting animated is such a joy. Watching DanDaDan and can’t wait for Sakamoto Days.

Put the bow on Dragon Age Veilguard last night. Amazing storytelling. I almost save scrummed but I stuck it out and was happy with my end results. Now to study for a new Microsoft cert. Gonna queue for FFXIV dungeons and get some leveling in while I study.
