If you own a house and you had a plumbing leak, or an electric short, would you KNOCK DOWN THE ENTIRE HOUSE to fix the problem? OR, would get get QUALIFIED professional people to come in, ASSESS the damage(s), and present you with a plan to FIX the issues and make the house run MORE EFFICIENTLY?
