I now don’t know how to feel about her death. I am sad, especially for her family and her children, who are now orphans as their father died 2 years ago too. But I can’t cry. Maybe I am still in shock or processing it, I don’t know. It’s a tragedy no matter what.

I just didn’t enjoy visiting her any more. It wasn’t pleasant to be criticised constantly. It felt like she was trying to belittle me. My husband couldn’t understand why I had stuck around so long. Still our families were all friends too so it created a bit of a rift.

I have got to the bottom of it, white rice is almost like eating sugar. If I have noodles instead, no problem at all. Thank goodness for my Freestyle Libre 2+ CGM otherwise I would never have known.

But you won’t rely on the Mango Mussolini I suspect.

I realised Russia might be an issue but the world view of Canada is of a calm, considerate, grown up country, the antithesis of the US.

Currently Canada doesn’t need military protection because it doesn’t piss off all it’s allies and the rest of the world too 🙄

I fancy Abdo cramps with my signature move being clutching my stomach before running to the toilet 😂

Good on you. Margaritas are my favourite too but 5 would leave me under the table.

Husband doesn’t understand as he doesn’t have to take any hair stuff or dresses or make up or drugs and would probably only take the shoes he was wearing if he hadn’t destroyed both pairs he took last trip out.

I love the character he plays. So unlike the real Matt but he does it perfectly.

Brilliant news. Since Trump is threatening tariffs on anything and everyone having the EU trade back would be essential.

I refused to buy cars for my kids. If they want them, they have to pay for them.

This is why dentists are retiring early from stress and disillusionment. Don’t blame the profession, Blame the governments.

As a professional it is heartbreaking and stressful to know you can no longer do the best thing for your patients, just the cheapest. The cost of gold in crowns is so high now that the fee to actually have the crown made far exceeds the fee the NHS would pay. No one will work at a loss. It’s awful.

The NHS dental system has been deliberately and systematically underfunded, unsupported and treatments reduced in complexity to reduce costs. Dentists in this country are trained to a high standard but the NHS won’t allow them to provide this. They just want fast and cheap, forget quality. 1/2
