On a lighter note, I enjoy the Lenten fish fry tradition in my area. Special thanks to St Elias Byzantine Church in Munhall for making delicious desserts too. Csoroge and cold dough cakes bring back childhood memories.

Good music tonight with Jason Kush quartet. 3 out of 4 are PhDs 3 out of 4 are with Pittsburgh SymphonyOrchestra 3 out of 4 are college instructors We are so fortunate to have these dedicated artists in our city.

My first day as a volunteer bagger at 412 Food Rescue. The work was easy,the people are very nice and the cause is great. Trying to do good works in difficult times.

Adm James Stavridis was the speaker tonight at Heinz Hall. Honestly, the first 30 min were very informative but somewhat bleak outlook. He did offer practical solutions and told us that our country would be OK.

Tonight at the Pittsburgh Speakers Series was Oren Etzioni. He highlighted the possibilities, benefits and dangers of AI. He also made it very clear there is a distinct difference between the technological responsibilities and societal responsibilities. Excellent speaker.

I am volunteering. I am donating to charities who continue to do good works. I am reading foreign news websites to get a different perspective. I am trying to stay connected to friends and family. I cannot give up even though that would be easier.
