Great day spent at Abberton reservoir. Got a lifer with Lesser Scaup, brilliant views of Red crested pochard, Ring necked Duck and Slavonian Grebe. Year list 166sp

Amazing day birding at Abberton reservoir. 2 lifers with Smew and Red Crested Pochard, also saw Great Grey Shrike, Hen Harrier, Slav and black neck grebe, SEO, and Great Northern Diver. Met some super nice birders along the way and brought my year list up to 133sp.
