Hey y'all. I had to take a mental health break after my son's hospitalization. He's fine now. He's getting an insulin pump so this doesn't happen again. See my last post. I'm too tired to re type.

Thursday morning around 3:30am my time I got a call from my son's college telling me he was rushed to the ER. He was in diabetic ketoacidosis. I haven't slept or eaten much since then. He was just transferred to a regular room. Hug your kiddos a little tighter today. Be thankful they're healthy.

I have vivid dreams sometimes. But has anyone ever actually smelled things in your dreams? I had a dream that there was this lilac bush growing out of a tiny crack in a wood floor. I remember the smell. I remember waking and thinking that was some weird shit. Has anyone experienced this in a dream?

I am admittedly a bit high and have my headphones on. I was about to check on my dinner when my monitor started shaking and my desk. For a split second I thought I was back in Berkeley. A bit freaked out..until my dog sneezed on my foot. 😑
