Made an 11°P Czech pale lager with my homegrown Riwaka hops in the whirlpool. I always have excess to put in a small corny keg and drink as a Kellerbier. Today is the first pour. Very young and still yeasty but absolutely outstanding. #beer #pivo #SvetlyLezak
