Haven't used social media much in many months. Life is so hectic for us. Rescued abused puppy over the summer and started dealing with her untreated skin problems. However, those may have affected one of her hips, so $8000 in surgery later...here we are.

Also since I just have to mention it to someone... Was pulling out of a parking lot last night. Was plenty dark enough that everyone was using their headlights. Except for the white hatchback who I had a close call with as I pulled out. Didn't see them until I'd committed to the turn. Whew!

Just finished Godzilla Minus One. I don't know what they told the actors or what filters they used or if it was all just the colors they used, but my goodness, I felt just like I was watching one of the original movies. And G's design hearkens back to the original, just less rubbery, more mobile.

the best way to explain to people why they need to vaccinate their pet for rabies is that if their pet bites or scratches someone and they can't prove it is up to date on rabies, they will test the animal for it by chopping off its head and testing its brain. there is no other way to test for it.

So excited for the new Twisters movie! The first one is one of my favorite movies to watch and summer just can't come soon enough for me now! lol Have like a million fan theories about what could be going on in the plot, which then leads to great story ideas, which then leads to me wishing for July.
