What’s genuinely upsetting about this is all the gaslighting from supposed allies over the last decade. The deep willingness to prioritize white feelings over BIPOC realities. This is your mess.

All of the people yelling “the democrats should’ve codified the 1965 civil rights executive order 11246” are missing that Nixon did, in 1972. Trump is repealing settled law in his executive orders so that there will be lawsuits so the Supreme Court will make it the new precedent. Read a book.
