I never truly understood a runner's high until I started doing 5Ks. I never feel more alive immediately after doing term—and then it all comes crashing down and my legs become sore for 2-3 days. At least now I have a job where I can rest my body for hours after an intense workout.

When you can't listen to music on your phone at work and they don't play music at all, all you have is whatever is playing in your head. Sometimes I'm surprised by what songs randomly start playing in there. It's not often the songs I've been listening to lately.
