also cannot overstate the joy of playing with a very big cat. something unique about it. every time, you're like "oh yes, you're actually an apex predator, aren't you? i'd forgotten" and then he gets too excited and accidentally rolls off the side of the bed and i laugh my ass off 10/10 experience

really cannot endorse having a very big cat enough. yeah kittens are cute, but do you understand what it's like having a cat bigger than most small dogs? do you understand the joy of a cat so big he can sit on your lap and still rest his paws on your shoulder? it's so good. highly recommend it
