Another call with eBay. The woman was so focused on correcting "second-hand" to "preloved" every time I said it that she couldn't give me any answers about GSPR. Still can't sell to Europe. Apparently I need Gunpei Yokoi's birth certificate to be able to sell a Game Boy to a lad in Düsseldorf.

Turns out I can't sell to the EU anymore. GSPR regs means that I now need to provide details of a "responsible person" in the EU who can vouch for the safety of every single item I sell, plus contact details for the manufacturers of each of the sometimes 45 year old items that I sell. What fun.
