Captain America 4 is just okay, I appreciate all the callbacks to Incredible Hulk but they're doing that thing, that middle of arc breadcrumbs set up thing you know, what this needed was more of what Falcon/Winter Soldier built up with Zemo and Sharon Carter in the mix and less Sabra and Sidewinder
