As a former US Forest Service firefighter, this cut scares me as much as the FAA reductions. This is going to make the firefighting season much more dangerous for those employees that remain and create much more property damage then governmental money saved.

Remember, if you were the main breadwinner in the family and you die, your spouse continues to receive your social security. It’s called “survivor benefits”. So yes, there are probably tens of millions of spouses receiving dead people’s SS. These people are so dumb.

The aircraft approach looks fine. Either the rear landing gear was not locked properly in place for the landing or failed on impact. My guess is you either had a pilot error, not insuring the gear was locked in position for landing or an equipment failure. Gear should have handled that landing.

I was explaining to my MAGA sister in law how aircraft navigation beacons, ATC radar & ILS landing systems work.
