So what happens with the imports that had tariffs applied on them in the period from 'reciprocal' tariffs to now just the 10% tariffs? I presume the importer will just have to cop it or try and make some of it back on other goods they've imported that had lower taxes

In regards to SignalGate, why isn't anyone focusing on the war crimes committed? They deliberately targeted a civilian building in order to kill one individual. That is a war crime as defined by the International Criminal Court. Those responsible for this attack should be tried accordingly.
