This is 100% wrong on the law and this OP ought to be ashamed of spreading misinformation. The Gov. does not have the ability to remove a Mayor. He is entitled to Counsel(s), discovery, and a full hearing over which the Gov would preside every day. Each evidentiary ruling is appealable to a court.
