Full disclosure I'm not a musical theater fan. I honestly dislike the medium most of the time, but this was different. It hit me so hard and I resonated so deeply with Elphaba. Peak movie can't wait for part 2.

So I saw Wicked yesterday with my wife and her family. I had never seen the musical before but I have read the book like five years ago. I absolutely loved it. It was amazing. There were some things from the book I would've liked to see, but overall fantastic. Might see it again to be honest.
