Just look at those tufty ears! Our Cocoa is either part red squirrel, part lynx, or maybe has some Maine Coon genes? She's a petite little thing, so not sure about the Maine Coon connection. She is as sweet as she looks!

Well Peeps- Here I am at Heathrow London, getting ready to fly international to Tucson via Atlanta. I will be stateside for a month, enjoying warm sunny weather, lots of Mexican food, and yelling at the TV with my Mom!

Just finished this pair of socks for a friend. They were fun to knit!

Here is what I think is so sweet...when cats knead, we know they are "remembering" being kittens. And I think it is just beyond sweet that a 16- year old cat like Cocoa is still going back to her kittenhood when she feels safe and relaxed ( on my lap!)

People keep posting all these magnificent owl photos that they're captured - great grey owl, boreal owl, barn owl, Siberian eagle owl. Well, I had a great Horned owl on my bed this morning. No really, it's an owl!
