FF2 is a fine, straight forward adventure with a bizarre leveling system. FF3 has great gameplay and a degree of freedom with the job system (weirdly forcing you into some jobs for some encounters though) but kind of a terrible story. That’s the NES trilogy done though, the adventure continues.
