I'll spend most of the weekend in town, so I took a walk down to white stone spring this morning to charge up on wild places before I deal with humans (good humans, but I am an introvert). Spring isn't here yet, but for the first time I can start smelling it in the air. #witchsky #northwitch

Hawthorn was one of my 1st teachers. The berries can be used in tea, jelly, wine, and vinegars for your salads. All of these are good anti-inflammatories, lowering blood pressure, and calming the body and mind. She has healed us since before humans recorded history. #witchsky #pagansky #cunningfolk
