Got up early this morning and went to the market! Had a Gals & Pals admin meeting. Took a walk on the waterfront. Then came home and napped for a few hours so now I have a major second wind of energy 😝 Time for Scream singing and working on trivia questions for Thursday’s Cat Trivia event

I’ve been really struggling with sleep anxiety lately! Last night I saw the clock hit 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, and then was woken up by my 1st alarm at 7:15am… I took a bunch of extra steps tonight to hopefully sleep! 🤞🏻 Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, magnesium spray, and clean sheets help tonight

Thanks to the election I don’t plan on visiting the US as much in the next 4 years so I just dropped my $85/ month Canada/ US phone plan down to a $39/ month Canada only plan… I’d have to be in the US for 46 days in a year to outweigh the savings so it was definitely worth the switch

The appointment went good today! I had an ultrasound and mammogram! A referral to a surgeon is going to be made to review the cause for enlarged ducts and debris in my ducts but I was told not to worry! They are going to monitor/ may do a biopsy as a precaution but that’ll be up to the surgeon

Tomorrow is finally the hospital appointment that I’ve been waiting for since September! Not sure what to expect as they’ve said both mammogram and contrast ultrasound on the phone so I’m not sure if I’m getting both done or just one but 🤞 it all goes smoothly! Hoping it’s just a cyst/ infection

Tossed and turned last night, was up at 6am, picked up a friend at 8am, drove just over an hour, volunteered judging a pageant from 9-3, drove 1.5 hrs home, decompressed for a few, then jumped back into volunteering at another event from 6-10… to say I’m exhausted is an understatement
