“We all agree, Duncan McKenzie is magic” He was only at Everton fora few seasons, but he always had a special bond with Evertonians, which still endures to this day. 62 appearances and 17 goals. Now lives not far from me. A football maverick that’s rare these days but he will always be magic to us.

Big Nev. The greatest Everton goalie of all time 👍🏼⚽️💙

The U21s win at Villa today ⚽️⚽️👍🏼

Happy 51st birthday to Lee Carsley!

Keith Newton moved to Everton in December 1969 and made 12 appearances in the latter half of the 1969–70 season, in which Everton won the Football League First Division. He played 27 times for England and also assisted in both England goals in the 1970 World Quarter-Final defeat to West Germany. ⚽️💙

Some pictures with regard to Jake’s goal at Brentford last night ⚽️👍🏼

Classic picture of Romelu Lukaku playing and scoring in the Europa League in 2015. 💙👍🏼

Former Everton Defender Conor Coady 🔵25 Games, ⚽️2 Goals, 🅰️1 Assist A good lad who always showed commitment and passion in an Everton shirt. Was sorry to see him go after such a short stay at the club and for only £4m, probably to improve the PSR position.

Wow, don’t think I’ve ever seen this before. There was the infamous tv strike affecting football at the time in August 1985, so this was never shown on UK tv at the time. youtu.be/_4QggQEIjVo?...

At the start of the month, it was just four goals in 45 league games for Beto at Everton. Now the big man has bagged in four consecutive Prem games in a row - becoming the first player to do that for The Toffees since a certain Mikel Arteta. ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️💙

The Everton legend Peter Reid in 1986. Now there’s a player that you knew would give you 100% in any game in which he played. ⚽️💙

Roger "Ernie" Hunt was one of the few failed big money signings made by us in the 1960s. Joining from Wolves, he made just 16 appearances (3 goals) in 1967/68 before moving to Coventry. He is pictured playing in a 1-1 draw against Man City, footage which was used in BBC programme “The Golden Vision”

He leads the way in the Premier League.⚽️MVP⚽️💙

This guy is now showing his worth in the Everton midfield. 💙⚽️

Unbeaten in six league matches (W4, D2). - 14 points earned - 14 goals scored The David Moyes effect 𝐢𝐬 clear and obvious. 📈💙

Brilliant to see the lads at Goodison. 💙

You don’t see many pictures of this lad. David Smallman, who was signed from Wrexham, was on Everton’s books between 1975 and 1979. I don’t recall seeing him play at Goodison as he only made 21 appearances scoring 6 goals. Later played Professional Football in Australia. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇦🇺

Everton 1986-87 ———————— Despite a number of injuries to key players throughout the season, Howard Kendall's side won their 2nd title in 3 years. They would have consolidated this achievement with European Cup success but as we know, they were stopped by the action of others 🙁

This is the new Everton stadium. It will have a capacity of 52,888 spectators, and it is expected that the stadium will attract 1.4 million visitors per year, create 15,000 jobs, and contribute £1.3 billion to the UK economy over its lifetime. The farewell to Goodison Park is getting closer. 🏟️🏴

Two pulls of Ashley Young’s shirt and Andy Madley initially makes a perfectly good decision. There’s no clear and obvious error here. The right decision was made. However VAR did exactly what they shouldn’t be doing and re-refereeing the game. Shambolic process.

Another view from behind which just reinforces the fact that a penalty should have been awarded. The United goalie Onana lies helpless on the ground and if he had not been impeded, Ashley Young would have headed the ball directly into the net. Very suspicious decision by an incompetent referee. 🤬⚽️🤔

Shirt pulled twice, first by both DeLigt and Maguire. May have gone down theatrically but clearly a double foul which VAR ignored and just focused on any physical reason for him to go to ground by using the other camera angle that only shows that, not this. Referee's first decision was correct!

Idrissa Gana Gueye made 11 tackles for Everton today against Manchester United, only Steve Watson has made more in a single Premier League match for Everton on record -- 12 vs Arsenal in August 2003. 35 years of age. 🍷 #EFC

VAR Hub Decision #EVEMUN – 90+4’ VAR OVERTURN VAR checked the referee’s call of penalty to Everton for a challenge by Maguire on Young and deemed that no foul had been committed and recommended an on-field review. The referee overturned the original decision and play restarted with a drop ball.
