This book has been on my TBR list for years. Time to knock at least 5 books off my TBR before I buy more… right? What is a book on your TBR pile you wanna conquer? Let’s go!!! #booksky

Mine: Last: Dopamine Detox Now: The Darkness Outside Us Next: Doghead #booksky 💙📚

This is way better than it should be for a fridge clean out soup.

Being a new account, let me not mislead you into thinking I’m anything but a Goblin. I’m on a good stretch of “literature” at this moment, but I read plenty of mindless shelf indulgence. Smut, monster smut, romantasy… I will read and do read almost everything! ❌ judgement zone. #books

Happy #WorldBookDay! Currently reading: #booksky #books

Friendly reminder that all reading is good reading, whether it's a physical book, fiction or nonfiction, an audiobook, e-book, fabrication, magazine/website articles. What's important is that you READ! #WorldBookDay

I wish I could write like this. #booksky

I finished “Human Acts” by Han Kang. I can’t stop thinking about it. The book tells the story of a 1980 uprising (and resulting massacre) in Gwangju, South Korea. It’s horrifying and masterfully done in a way you become as desensitized and detached as the characters themselves. #booksky #books

Exactly this. So far I’ve read “Three Apples Fell from the Sky” by Narine Abgaryan, “King Stakh’s Wild Hunt” by Uladzimir Karatkevich and “Too Loud a Solitude” by Bohumil Hrabal. All very different books with their own color and voice. The world is bigger than you realize. Diversify your shelves!

Preparing for another read-a-thon this coming weekend. Working on reading a book from authors from random countries A-Z. Next we have Denmark, Egypt, Finland, Greece (not pictured), Haiti and Indonesia. Happy National Reading Month! #booksky #books

Reading Moby Dick for the first time. I didn’t know it was going to be so funny, or… gay. Also wasn’t prepared for how somewhat progressive and modern “Ishmael” is. Still it’s a huge book written about a dude that hates whales written by a dude who loves them. Into it. #booksky #books #mobydick

I read all day yesterday and I regret nothing. Favorite thing I read yesterday? I am still thinking about it. #booksky #books
