After a LOT of unnecessary drama, fuss, coordination, failed tech appointments, and a few frustrated phone calls... It is determined that actually, I just needed to upgrade our ancient modem/router. Xfinity coulda saved me a whole week of disaster and half a missed day of work with a simple email. 🙄
