I’ve been reading the MSPM0L datasheets carefully and learned some interesting things. The first 32k of flash is rated for 100k erase/write cycles, everything above that is only 10k cycles. I don’t think I’ve seen multiple kinds of flash on a single chip before.

So I was watching the TNG episode “Deja Q” and the Calamarain scanned them with “Berthold Rays” which I’m pretty sure is a reference to the playwright Berthold Brecht, who often used bright stage lights to “alienate” a character. Berthold Rays are literally bright lights.
