#aLtProject i integrated the free particle system Effekseer into the game because of knowing it from RPG Maker i have a feeling martial artist will be a top 3 job class solely because i can sell the game as a "star platinum simulator" with it #gamedev #indiegame #indiegamedev #GodotEngine #JRPG

oh god it's been 20 days since an #aLtProject update uhhh I put in buffs/debuffs and planned UI to be nicer. it took so long because the scroll container would crush my menu buttons due to resizing things it took too long for me to figure out #gamedev #indiegame #indiegamedev #GodotEngine #JRPG

Still very rudimentary stuff but fleshed out the camera system for the overworld a bit more. Movement is relative to the camera and your direction is stored while moving through a transition so you don't change direction suddenly lol. #gamedev #indiedev #godot

Working a bit on overworld input this evening. Animations are SUPER rough and placeholdery but I'm pretty happy with the result. Using some simple math to determine how far she's turned around and using that to play (what will be a) subtle spin anim. #gamedev #indiedev #godot

Life has been busy so I unfortunately missed the actual date, but FNatKK turned 10 years old on the 31st of January. What started as a joke has continually affected my life for the past decade, and I am truely appreciative of everyone who's supported the series this whole time.

Progress update on my RPG; been working on Claire's Firearm command. Most of the skills in the game will be more traditional but each playable character class will have a unique input for their normal attack. All the UI, SFX and VFX are very early so please be nice T^T #gamedev #indiedev #godot

Happy New Year all! I’m very excited for the things I’m going to make this year. I would show you all but they don’t exist yet and I still have to make them…(duh)

I can’t tell at whether it’d be better to fully show the sausage being made or to not show anything until it looks closer to a finished game. I think a good middle ground is just post without hashtags until I feel more confident in it :P This is how my game currently looks!
