Last year, I wrote about a trans guy who got beaten by a deputy outside a 7/11. Last week - out of the blue - the deputy agreed to plead guilty to a federal felony. But the really crazy thing is how many other deputies he now says were involved in the cover-up. www.latimes.com/california/s...
